I may be a little late on this one, but I still wanted to keep you in the loop. Philadelphia-based Urban Outfitters Inc. , which sells trendy men's and women's apparel, accessories and footwear, is taking the 14,000-square-foot space at Ponce de Leon and North Highland avenues at the former MarketOne gourmet food site." Scheduled to open in February.
To me this is the perfect location for the trendy urbanites in the area.
